This workshop takes a fresh look
at our most
critical concerns
- environmental
sustainability
- social justice
& spiritual fulfilment and explores and exposes what connects
them.This unique
one day workshop experience, offers insight into the nature of our world,
with leading-edge information, dynamic group interaction and inspiring
video clips from some of the world’s most inspiring thinkers, including
Brian Swimme, Thomas Berry, Desmond Tutu, Paul Hwaken and Julia
Butterfly-Hill.
The aim
of the symposium: is to explore how, by pulling together on an
unprecedented scale, we can move in a new direction, towards and era of
interconnected action and collective wellbeing.

The Art of
Stillness
Meditation and
Mindfulness

This three Saturday
course is offered to help people:
To slow
down, to de-stress and
to ground and centre
themselves.
It
is based on relaxation, meditation
and guided visualisation exercises
to achieve these goals. here
is also an opportunity to develop awareness of what's happening inside
yourself and how that looks in the world in terms of relationships,
behaviours and emotional intelligence. It
uses Authentic Meditation and Mindfulness practices to develop and guide
participants in their
spiritual journey.
