These are special places in the garden where we can sit silently, listen to nature and to the voice that teaches us of our interconnectedness.  One can reflect that any diminishment of the natural world results in the diminishment of the human.

Garden Walk

Walking the many areas within the grounds of Suaihneas we admire the floweres and become more conscious of their colour and texture enriching our lives.

We  see in  a new way the many treess , shrubs and flowers and plants that speak of the beauty of life on this planet. They  draw us into an appreciation of our own being as one with nature.

The Organic Garden

 We are invited here to give time to the many other forms of life, that inhabit the soil and facilitate growth. Everything is here we need for nourishment and sustenance for our daily lives.

We are invited to new habits and ways of living as we become more consciously aware of the interconnectedness of humanity with the whole environment.

The Labyrinth

The labyrinth is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness. Walking the labyrinth which is a path to the inner self can be a personal experience of the sacredness of our life as we are drawn to the cente, the core of who we are. Labyrinths have long been used as a rich cource for meditation and prayer.
