Spiritual Accompaniment
Spiritual accompaniment is also offered at Suaimhneas. This is a ministry with a focus on ones relationship with the holy in ones life and prayer.
In spiritual accompaniment, the individual is invited to reflect upon his or her lived experience so as to notice God’s invitations, challenges, support and guidance. Regular sessions help one pay attention to the promptings of God in self, others, and all of life’s events.
Why spiritual accompaniment?
If you want a deeper relationship with God, with the Holy, or to explore other ways of prayer, or find yourself at a crossroads in your spiritual life, and feel the need for someone to prayerfully discern God’s purpose with you, then spiritual accompaniment may be helpful to you.
Too few people have experienced the divine image as an innermost possession of their own souls. C.J Jung
